At Beanie Games, we want you to love your headwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. If your new beanie doesn't fit your style or size, we are committed to making it right with a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn beanies in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
